Focussed on starting productive conversations around midlife and menopause health, it was a rather refreshing endeavour to give this intuitive app a resonating voice. To appeal to our transitioning target audience (think: middle aged moms slowly moving to online grocery shopping from local market runs), we set the base for a launch led with emotion, backed by the app’s functionality to position the app as an approachable and open-minded one. As a result, we were successful in making a noise for all the right reasons - increased reach and followers, engagement on the app and most importantly, freely starting the conversation around midlife and menopausal health for women in India.
