On a mission to educate, empower and encourage action for women to reach for financial independence, SpeakPaisa addresses the needs of urban, educated women who are interested in securing their financial future. Recognising that personal finance planning requires a different approach that addresses a woman’s life goals, differential earning and cultural biases, SpeakPaisa was co-founded by Urvashi Devidayal who brought to the table her expertise and experience of almost two decades in the field of international finance, charities and NGOs.
