On a quest to ensure easy access to mental health solutions for everyone and anyone, the Ananya Birla Foundation was started in 2020 in the midst of Covid-19 by singer, entrepreneur and philanthropist – Ananya Birla. Supported by and empowering those suffering from mental health and social stigmas, women in need of shelter and security and many dealing with the on-going financial crises, and more, the foundation strongly believes (and advocates) that kindness can change lives for the better. Through research, awareness and education surrounding the beliefs and effects of good mental health, the foundation is working to create a safe and stigma-free environment for the community.
A revamped website design to cater to an evolved brand and its evolving target audience
The Brief
To create a website that truly echoed Ananya Birla’s personality as an individual, which is also an extension of all that the foundation stands for
Strong, bold, quirky with a smooth edge - sounds like the perfect cuppa, doesn’t it? In this case, it was the essence of ABF’s brand new website. One that not only spoke of Ananya and the work her foundation was taking on, but also gave the objective and subject a whole new meaning - approachable, relatable and easily accessible (with a side of cool). While maintaining some of the basic rules (and seriousness) that underscore foundation-led websites, we infused our new visual and design language with a fun, edgy character and gave it a vibrant personality of its own through a fresh colour palette and bold typography. We’re all about making an impact, and all the more grateful for clients that work the way ABF does, having impacted over 120,000 lives (as we type this!).
